Description
The City of Cincinnati offers a Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) abatement program to companies and developers building or renovating a residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use facility in cases where the new or renovated facilities will result in job creation. This dataset includes commercial tax abatements, grants, sales of City properties, tax incentives, tax increment financing (TIF), and loans issued by the City of Cincinnati. Data is updated as needed.
