Data Description: This data set contains all permits (including permit/project registration) in the right-of-way. Companies or individuals wishing to conduct activity or work in the right of way are required to get right-of-way permits: this includes but is not limited to emergency permits (for pipe breaks, gas line breaks, etc.), barricades, street opening/street cuts, revocable street privileges, and street paving. This data contains permits and construction registration from 2016 until present.
Data Creation: Right-of-Way permits in the City of Cincinnati are administered and monitored through the City's Department of Transportation & Engineering (DOTE). The Cincinnati Area Geographic Information System consortium (CAGIS) houses and maintains this dataset: content is input and updated by DOTE.
