Building Footprints are polygon features representing photogrammetrically captured building outlines. The building footprints are rough approximations of buildings. They they do not show the exact footprint.
The current version of building footprints are based on aerial photography taken in Spring of 2011. Updates are made for significant structures as needed from digitized development plan approvals and notifications of demolitions until the next aerial flyover. The Building Footprints layer contains building structures including mobile homes, garages, water storage tanks and known underground building features.
New building footprints based on aerial imagery taken in Spring of 2017 will be available in April, 2018.

Data Description: Vision Zero is a strategy to eliminate all traffic-related deaths and severe injuries, while increasing safe, healthy, equitable mobility for all. This data set is a log of funded projects through the Vision Zero Initiative from 2019 to present.

Data Description: The National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS) is a reporting standard that fire departments nationwide use to uniformly report on the full range of fire department activities. This dataset encompasses all fire incidents reported to NFIRS that were responded to by the Cincinnati Fire Department in the year 2016.

Data Creation: NFIRS was created in 1976 to address the United State’s fire problem and is jointly managed by the U.S Fire Administration (USFA) and the National Fire Information Council (NFIC). Over the life of the system, all 50 states, more than 40 major metropolitan areas, and more than 15,000 fire departments have participated in NFIRS. Data Description: This data set is a log of any instance that causes a delay within the streetcar system where a streetcar is physically blocked from moving. A blockage is defined as any delay that exceeds 2 minutes and is not caused due to heavy traffic. While blockages can occur at any point along the track, the data is tracked by location at the intersection or mid-block.

The Hamilton County Zip Codes layer displays the zip codes of Hamilton County.

Data Description: Emergency Communications Center Calls are records captured for each call. The call data does not contain the nature of the emergency or dispatched resources. For dispatch data reference Police Calls for Service (CAD) or Cincinnati Fire Incidents (CAD).

Data Creation: This dataset includes both emergency (911) and administrative calls to the center. To obtain just emergency (911) calls filter for Call Type = 911.

Data Created By: The source of this data is the City of Cincinnati's Call System that was provided by Cincinnati Bell.

Refresh Frequency: This dataset contains calls from January 1, 2013 through December 14, 2017. On December 14, 2017 the Emergency Call Center transferred to a new phone system and the remainder of 2017 was captured in that system. Additionally, for a portion of 2014, around May, operations were temporarily transferred to the back-up location and call records were not captured.
